Please note this does not include pre-orders as they will take 8-10 weeks to manufacture and ship. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

No sorry! We are working our butts off to get your jewels out so due to the high volume of orders we won’t be able to edit any orders during the sale. This includes adding to your order, combining shipping and changing your shipping method or details. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, you can redirect your package once you have received a tracking email from your respective courier.

We are working as hard as we can to get your orders out, please be patient with us! Our team will come back to you if your query is outside of the FAQs, but please check the website frequently asked questions first.

Pre-order items and custom sizes are made just for you! Due to the high number of orders please be patient as manufacturing will take a little longer than usual, between 8-10 weeks plus shipping.

You can select ‘custom size’ for all styles that are available for pre-order and enter the size you require in the text box. We have a limited number of custom sizes available on select core collection pieces. Custom Sizes are reserved for people whose sizes aren’t in our standard size range.  Unfortunately, if the ‘custom size’ option isn’t listed, it isn’t available for that product.

No, cheeky!
